I bought a pavilion tx 2000 notebook in November and by June it had began giving problems. I took it to Supertechs in Kansas City who changed the motherboard based on the 1 year warranty which had not expired then. Last month, March the system developed a problem again. I took it back and it is the same motherboard but now they want me to pay over $400 since the warranty has expired. I think this does not portray the excellence expected from hp products.
