I feel people should know that cingular wireless service, ripped my son off. My son has a learning disability and, has a hard time communicating sometimes. Cingular did not care that their customer service did not explain to him how their plans and rates are. I called back to talk with Cingular and they said, they would straighten out my son's bill.
They never did, they just kept adding on even though he had stopped using the phone. I just do not see how they can do someone like that. They were even billing him and they had turned the phone service off. I just do not understand it and something needs to be done about Cingular Wireless.
They do not need to have a copany because, what they are doing to people do not make since. Now my son's credit is got this high and outrageous bill from Cingular Wireless. They do these things because, they figure they cannot be stopped. This all occurred in 2003.
