I have a complaint against cingular wireless.
I was a customer with cingular for the past 4 years, but when i switched service this month they unnecesarily billed me $164 for the last month.

My usual bill for the past four years has been around $38, but this month it is $164. I called up cingular and they said even though my contract was over, i had used up some extra minutes and therefore i have to pay the dues. My bill shows extra minutes used but most of them are from incoming calls, and i don't see the numbers. When i called up cingular customer service, Mr. Koplan at the Florida office said that no matter what i have to pay the bill, even if i didn't recieve the calls. When i said i wanted to complain, he joked and said nothing would be done even if i complained.

When i asked who was the appropriate person to contact to file a complaint he said no one, and he said to go to cingular's website but assured me no action would be taken.

I am disgusted at the way cingular handles its customer complaints, and i am angry that even though i want to complain against cingular i don't know where to go and how to do it.
