Greetings,
I just cancel my account with Cingular Wireless. This is to inform you that Cingular Wireless cannot be trusted. Someone had managed to get through their illiterate operators and change my address on my account, and then he ordered a $200 phone on my behalf.

Please notice that this is happening to many Cingular customers and we need your help to pressure Cingular to do something about it. Cingular must be held accountable for compromising our personal information.
