Fake $5 Million Prize Call Demands Upfront Taxes

Frank Howard called to tell me I won 5 million dollars plus a Mercedes C300. He talked about how the government would take 25% taxes out of it. He wanted us to go to the bank and open an account to send them money for taxes before we could receive the money and car. I told him I would not give him any info or open an account, as I know it is a scam, which he said it is not, and that we would get the money if we prepaid the taxes. I hung up after I said to take the taxes out of the money before giving it to me. He has called back trying to get me to carry through with the deal.
