Hacked account and lost access to previously purchased movies.
I had my Amazon Prime account hacked in February 2026 and have still not had access to this account restored. I have purchased several hundred dollars' worth of movies and programs through Amazon Prime, that were saved in this prior account I now no longer have access to. and have not had access to since February. I have made several calls to customer service for assistance, only to be continually asked to prove who I am each time (I am asked the same questions over and over,) and then am told my case is with the escalation team. However, I never hear back from this "escalation team" and conveniently, the escalation team does not have a phone number. This is the worst customer service I have ever received! I need assistance please.
