Have been a Suncom customer for 4 years. Best service I've every had. Cingular moves in and dropped calls, no service in our area. Took 4 times to get to help when my car broke down. We changed our wireless service (which I use for work) because of all the problems. I did get a bill for early termination fee of $400.00. I called right away and tryed to explain the reason and the fact I choose my wireless service. That I would stay suncom but not with Cingular because of the issues and I did not choose them.
What happen to this is free country to choose who you do business with? I am now in collections and still no one wants to listen. I am filing a complaint with FCC today and If anyone out there has an address to the President or Vice President of Cingular I will send them a letter also. If anyone wants to file a suit I'll be the first one to sign up. This cingular is a big rip off!
