I was using Qwest as my local phone service, and Sprint as a long-distance provider. Suddenly, without my knowledge, or my approval or any action from my side, my long distance provider had been switched to MCI in 04/16, as it was stated on my phone bill. This was shown on my Qwest bill as a charge for switching my long distance provider, even though I didn't request or authorize such a change. Qwest customer service rep. Explained to me that my current long-d. Provider was MCI, even though it has always been Sprint. Later I recieved a bill from MCI that charged me for all long-distance calls I made from 04/16 to 05/16. It was as much as $19. Sprint would charge me $3 for the same service.
This is a completely unethical and dirty practice. I have no idea how MCI got access to my phone service account and switched me behind my back.
Thank you.
