I am filing this complaint because I have received notices of charges made under my name through TRS Recovery Services for purchases associated with Amazon. I want to clearly state that these charges do not belong to me, were not authorized by me, and I do not recognize any of the referenced transactions.
There are three separate charges, all linked to my personal information without my consent. This represents fraudulent use of my identity and directly affects my financial record. I am requesting an immediate investigation, removal of these charges from my name, and correction of any negative information associated with my identity.
This complaint serves as formal notice that I am not responsible for these transactions, and I am requesting a full review of this matter.
