I bought the phone back in June, and I am getting the runaround. I had to drive an hour to get a seven-day free-trial SIM, and they said it would unlock in 24 hours. It did not. I have had four phone conversations and probably two chats. It is not resolved.
They said I would get a call back today to fix it, and I received nothing. They are also not responding to email.
