I had AT&T phone service and about three months ago I had a charge for this company of almost 200. I called AT&T and they told me to call USBI.
I called them and they said I had gave them verbal authorization over the phone to switch my phone carrier. I did not! I told these people and they refused to give me any type of help.
I kept paying my regular AT&T charges but refused to pay for the USBI charges and just a couple weeks ago, AT&T disconnected my phone. My sister was in the hospital and had passed away and I had no way of contacting anyone. I had to wait for people to call me at work to know anything.
This company is a big ripoff. Watch your phone bills.
