Usbi has been charging me long distance since October. I have contacted them three times, the first I waited two hours to talk to someone, the second and third they hung up on me. I was told by Usbi the charges were a mistake and they will be removed. My telephone service with windstream was shut off because usbi charged me over 200. Dollares and they would not stop and I could not afford the bill. I no longer have telephone service and Usbi is still am getting charged for long distance. Help!!!
