Brookstone has obviously rejected within the year within their section of customer support. I recently delivered a faulty item after asking together to switch them.in the beginning, I had been informed, "also poor the wheel dropped off your day once you purchased." After asking, I had been easily settled the delivery back again to them, they'd trade (we've no Brookstone shop where I stay). And so I settled the delivery simply to get a gift-card in the email. Not what I had been informed, but I had been okay. And so I went online and requested a Club Gown for my spouse utilizing the giftcard. It had been a "one-size fits-all" and nothing was stated about that being about the exceptions due to their return policy. The gown arrived in and was too little. After I named, I had been informed I really couldnot return them. No-questions with no compassion. I looked the web page again and all my paper-work (bills, etc.) for paperwork thinking I should have certainly missed this. Nothing except an extensive disclaimer about "some individual products" along with a fairly full list of items with no gown about the exemption list. Following this encounter, I'll never store at Brookstone again and recommend one to make certain it's essential before they are doing aswell.
