Passchall services don't pay on time if you run for them. I started pulling for them in mid September of 07, it took them over three weeks to pay on the first load. The first two week we were running pretty good then they started giving us 400 mile load loads that would not deliver for two days then. At the end of October i decide not to pull for passchall services. They now turn around and charge me for Qual com installation, Qual comm rental which we did not use for the previous 4 weeks, trailer relocation on all the loads that they ole me on. Oh they wont pay detention unless you had to sit for 24 hours
