I received an erroneous bill from Qwest Communications. The bill was erroneous because it had charges from USBI on behalf of One Call. I have no business relationship with either USBI or One Call. I don't even know what they do. The extra charges amounted to more than $73
USBI refuses to adjust the charges, but they don't have a signed written authorization from myself for service. They allege that they are stopping the charges from reoccurrying. However, they won't adjust them.
USBI is an artfull crook and Qwest shouldn't be billing anything for USBI because USBI won't adjust the charges. USBI and One call are thieves, hoardes, and fences.
