One Call Comm Aka: USBI ripoff-bills you for time on website without asking or authorization

I was charged $37.87 for a 16 min. Call to the United Kingdom phone number 442073350525 on my phone bill. The charges were from USBI for One Call Comm.

When I called USBI I was told the bill was for a web site I visited that was from the UK for 16 minutes and that you have to pay to visit sites from other countries.

They could not even tell me the name of the web site that I visited. I never gave any authorization for any charges from any web site nor was I ever even asked for authorization.

We are taking steps with our phone company and the BBB now.
