Unlawful Detainer, Filing a false police report

Andrea Santeen Whippie strikes again….yet another unlawful detainer for this serial squatter. This time she used a family trust to rent a very large 2 bedroom house in Joshua Tree CA. This is why it is so important to do your due diligence as a landlord. She got this poor guy for almost 2 years and when he was finally able to get her out she left the place completely trashed and covered in animal feces and urine so bad that it took several weeks and several thousand dollars in repairs and remediations to make the space livable again. In order to justify not paying rent, for her and her 32 dogs (yes you read that correctly - she is also a pet hoarder), she made false allegations about her neighbors and went as far as filing a false police report claiming her neighbors had buried a dead body in the backyard. This of course was just another disco by a lifelong scammer and serial squatter who is at the end of her rope. This woman is bad news…do your due diligence and avoid the nightmare Andrea Santean Whippie will surely bring into your life. Be warned she has used numerous other names, aliases, and alternative spellings, as well as various business names and trusts to secure rental agreements and business contracts.
