I have had USBI charges on my qwest bill every month for the last 2 years! Although qwest has tried to stop this from happening they have been unable to. USBI tells them & myself that I don't exsist in their system and they are not billing us, we have even faxed our phone bills to USBI showing the charges! They still deny they are billing us! What a rip off! How do I get rid of this?
