And Flat Rate Long Distance, Inc. USBI unauthorized long distance charges

USBI charges appeared on my ATT bill for long distance service. Call to USBI and was told that I signed up over the internet. I did not sign up, I never heard of the company and I still have long distance through ATT. They canceled the service but refused to refund the 2 months of charges to my account. Have reported them to ATT and to the state regulatory agency.
