Ripoff took money from my bank before it was due without authorizing it and overcharged me

I checked my account at New Frontier Bank on June 14 not expecting to find any recent charges other than a movie I rented totaling $0.99; I didnt plan on using this account for a while except certain bills. After looking at it I noticed that I had a debt of $146.66 to Direct TV. I thought there must have been some mistake and called them. I knew that I had a bill that was not over due of $46.66, but didnt know what else had been charged. I had recently cancelled this service, due to miscommunication issues. Before I cancelled I talked to at least two customer service representatives that informed me that I wouldnt be charged any type of fees, including anything for cancelling.

When I called Direct TV after finding these charges, I spoke with Tom, a supervisor in Tennessee in the south/east district. He told me that the charges were from my bill that wasnt due until June 26th, and a $100.00 early cancellation fee. I explained to him that I had been told that I wouldnt be charged with any fee for canceling and I was told at least twice, by some one with Direct TV before I canceled. And I told him that I never authorized them to take anything out of my account, and that I was being charged overdraft fees because of this. He told me that I received papers saying that Direct TV can take money out of my account at anytime if need be. And that it was in the customer agreement, which no one told me when I started this service over the phone, nor did I receive any papers. My bill was not due for over ten days and the still debited my account whit out me knowing. I asked him if he could look up the telephone call from some one there telling me that I wouldnt be charged. He told me t would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. I told him that I understood it would be a pain, but I shouldnt be charged for some one elses mistakes. He told me there was nothing he could do. He told me that I did have another bill for them not receiving there equipment back. I had 30 days from the date of cancellation to send the Direct TV receiver back, or at least thats what I was told, so that would mean that I would have to return it by July 5th, but yet I was already getting charged for that as well. I am now being charged overdraft fees now over $50.00 because of another transaction that same day, had I known about this I wouldnt have made that transaction. I knew I had a bill to pay of $46.66 due on June 26, to Direct TV and was planning on paying it. But shouldnt have been charged with out knowing about it and paying for some one elses mistakes.
