Antifreeze Instrument Products Don't Work, No Return Instructions Given

I purchased 5 car interference antifreeze instruments, none of which work. The product came from overseas, which was not disclosed when I purchased it. I would like a refund of my $29.00 cost. There was a return policy, but no return instructions were provided.
