Misquote pricing

Called and was quoted price of tire. When to Mavis in Selden NY. At shop told was given wrong price and they don't have any tire to fit. Amazingly told they will help me and found a tire at a lower price. At time to pay price was $100 more then told. Upon looking at receipt iI noticed I was charge twice for mounting and balancing. The salesman opened the register and handed me $25, not the full amount with would have included tax. Nor was asked to place the return on my credit card.
