I went to the store on 6/29/25 to purchase three additional pairs of men's agility straight fit pants. I had to return one pair of shorts that my husband and I purchased the day before. After the cashier completed all the transactions, she started entering the number for the item in an XL size and said there were no XLs available. I asked her to check other stores in the Dallas area and even in the northeastern part of Texas. All stores showed a zero for that size.
The cashier was most courteous and helpful; however, I have not mentioned how she got the number of the item. The manager for 6/29/25, named Jaye, read the number to her. Something made me think that this item would be out in all of the stores when it is one of your personal brands. So, I told the cashier I would like to leave my bag with her while I looked around to see if there might be another brand my husband would like. No problem.
It took me a nanosecond to find an employee to help me find long pants, black, with a zipper at the ankles, and guess what, it was the brand I was looking for. I told the young lady helping me there, and she too was nice and professional, that I would like to speak to the manager. I went to the checkout area and was surprised to find Jaye was the manager. I told her the situation. I informed her they had many XL pants and that she must have read the wrong number to the cashier. Her comment was, "Oh, we were looking for Large." What a joke. After a comment suggesting that she might need to brush up on her numbers, she became rude. When I mentioned that I was going to report this situation to the corporate office, she said, "I don't care." This may not be a big deal to some; however, it left me never wanting to use this store for any item again. You know they say the best advertising you can do is through your customers. Jaye owes me an apology and a course in dealing with customers.
