On 8/29/04 at 3:02pm, we were charged for visiting a website that was never visited. We were charged $30.00 by One Web Direct Bill.
On that same day, we were charged an additional 6 minutes at $1.99 a minute, totaling $11.94.
We contacted One Web Direct, and were told to send a written complaint to One Web Direct (which we did).
We then contacted Verizon, our phone company, and were told that we couldn't be credited until One Web Direct satisfied the complaint.
I have paid both bills, but have never heard anything back, since lodging the complaint.
