DO not use Sear repair service, horrendus waiting time for service 10 days to 2 weeks for major appliance appointment. Repai/techperson not equipped with parts to service properly. Customer phone reps keep apololizing with no resolutions. You must give your information to every person they transfer to you. It is so annoying and unprofessional. I started having trouble with my fridge in still not resolved. THeir appointment time is four hours block, while you wait on them, no exact appointment time.
