Sears Appliance Repair Service is a joke. We bought our Kenmore refrigerator, from Sears, and the refrigerator decided to break after 1 year of purchase. So I called
1-800-424-2047 to set up an appt. They were able to give me an appointment the next day, between 1 and 5pm. I was very impressed that they were able to give me a date so soon, until the day of the appointment; the technician was a no-show. I called every hour after 5pm to verify if the tech will be arriving and was assured by overseas customer service dispatchers that he will arrive. But he never showed up. I am so furious that I will probably not purchase any more appliance from Sears.
