Sears! I am so disappointed in you! My house is filled with Sears appliances. I once worked for Sears. Our next large appliance will not come from Sears, however. We had to wait an entire week before they had an appointment for our dryer. We asked when they would come. They said they would call in the morning to let us know the time. No courtesy call for our service appointment letting us know what time they would be here and no 4 hour window span. They just showed up at 8:00 AM. We had run our car to the shop and arrived home at 8:11 AM. We figured we would get a call telling us they would arrive in the later morning or afternoon. I would think notification of an 8 AM service call would have been made to us the previous evening. NOPE! A phone message from Sears at 8:05 said the repair man had tried to service us and was not able to so we missed the appointment! We have a fence and gate and no one even called the house to say they needed to be let in. Now we have to wait a whole week more to get our dryer fixed. I've never had a repair man just show up at 8 AM. That is not good customer service. I'm so disappointed in Sears.
