This is my experience with Sears in Miami - I schedule a home repair service appointment for the afternoon. No one showed up and no one called. I RE scheduled the appointment between 1 and 5 PM. The repair person called me at 6:30 PM! I then RE scheduled, this time between 8 A.M. And 12 P.M. Finally the repair guy finds that 2 parts needed to be changed. Fine. He orders the parts. I received the parts and now, trying to schedule an appointment to replace the defective parts, Sears is making me WAIT FOR 3 WEEKS!
The charge for service and parts is already paid for so now I CAN WAIT.
