Repair Technician Canceled at 4:59 PM After Afternoon Wait

I had a scheduled appointment with Sears between 1 and 5 today after sitting around and waiting I got a call at 4:59 saying the repair person would not be there today. A half day wasted. Skip their repair plan. I doubt if they will be in business much longer due to their lousy customer service.
