Yes, I have a COMPLAINT! After seting up an appointment for trash compactor repair on Saturday, April 17th, I was given an appointment on Wednesday, April 21st, between 1 and 5. I received a confirmation email. I changed my schedule to accomodate this appointment, then waited on Wednesday afternoon from 12:30 to 3. After finally getting through on the phone I was asured that the repair man would be here by 5. Not 3 minutes later I got a call from another Sears Customer service (?) representative and was told the repair man was overscheduled and would not be able to come until Monday. At this point I cancelled Sears and found another appliance repair servce that could come out the same afternoon. This is what Clark Howard cals "No-service" service. Very disappointing and frustrating! Don't use Sears "Blue Team"!
