I actually donot understand what type of questionable show the dimwits at Safeco are operating, but my persistence along with you as well as your firm's nonsense has go out!!! I submitted a state with Safeco following a hardwood item dropped off the underside of your kitchen cupboard, exposing water damage. My father spoke towards the adjuster THAT EVENING, who (the insurer) proceeded to begin questioning about just how long it has been, my father said he simply observed the trickle and named to record. Later, my father asked me to contact the insurer and keep in touch with him to ensure he recognized my father properly. Safeco claims we have to call-in a plumber and discover the trickle. Safeco directs in South River Repair with a few big followers to dry out the water to "avoid further harm" they submit some 3rd party adjusters, w/d Safeco does not have an office or repetitions within the Dallas/Foot. Worth region (where I stay). They get images and state they will deliver it to Safeco to evaluate. Safeco declines our state... Depending on images. Upon speaking with the insurer he claims the state was refused since it was current harm. He promises the plumber advised him the water continues to be dripping for weeks. He then claims the plumber advised him 5-6 weeks. I named the plumber, he explained there is never any reference to time. The insurer fought to reply my issue, that was: "how do you understand I've a trickle if you will find no indicators of it, no indicators of the difficulty, no noticeable position water, till a hardwood item drops down?" Do medical health insurance companies refuse statements for cancer therapy w/d an individual was identified weeks after it created? No indicators/no indicators... No sparks for problem.
