When checking my 90 year old mother's checking account balance, I noticed a deficit of 447.34. I called the bank and they were able to pull up the check sent electronicaly toYR Benefits which is a customer service company for IBEN MED. I found a phone number on the internet, called them and they quickly said they would refund the money in 21 days. They would give me no information about IBEN MED only stating YR was a a customer service Obviously my mother was convinced by someone on the phone that she needed to have a medical discount membership. I will take this to the Attorney general.
