IBen Med called my 90year old mother and offered her discount on medical services and supplies. They requested her bank account number and check number and said she did not have to sign the check, they would take the money out electronicaly. When I realized the deficit in her account, the bank sent me copy of the transaction. I called the company to complain but all I got was the service dept. They said they would return the money in 21 days. It has now been almost 2 months and no refund has been sent. I called the State Attorney's Office and am now filing a complaint with them. This is a fraudulant company taking advantage of elderly people.
