They called my 85 year old mother who has dementia. Told her she was getting a special medical benefits package that covered things Medicare did not. They convinced her to give them her checking account number and they debited her checking account for $447.34 - which is over half of her social security, and which is all she lives on. They are predators! I asked the "third party answering service" for a contact name and telephone number for Iben Med, and she refused to provide that information. All she would give me is an address: 3106 State Route 11, Suite 135, Mooers Forks, NY 12959. She claims they will provide a refund in 21 days... I told her I want it now and all she would do was expedite it to 10 business days. They need to be reported to the state attorney general's office and shut down.
