I called the 1-800-737-2818 which is the number they gave her but there is no answer there just leave a message. Called the 1-888-778-0073 number which is a third party answering service. They told me the company that billed my mother was iben med. Who say they sold her a health care package. They also told me that by my cancelling it that a complete refund would be made within 21 business days.
