My father-in-law's account was debited by a false "authorized" check made out to YR Benefits for $447.34. We called the number given on the check 888-778-0073, which was a Third Party customer support service, and were told that a refund would come to the same account in 21 days, and automatic withdrawals would be stopped. Time will tell if this is true, but I have my doubts. They told us that it was done through IBEN Medical.
