My Mother received her bank statement with a charge of $447.34 taken out of her account. She went to her bank and the check was made out to YR Benefit. When she called the number it was Third Party Customer Service, she spoke to a man and woman and they said it was for IBEN Med a medical discount program. She told them she did not authorize anything for that and they told her they would cancel the order and refund the $447.34 back to her bank in 21 working days. The charge was made on 6/22.
