The driver left without informing me that he was leaving. I had told the dispatcher of the delivery company to allow extra time for me to get to the delivery site. They called me and expected me to get to the site in less than 3 minutes.
When I spoke with the Best Buy delivery team yesterday (03-23-2026), they told me to get to the delivery site in 60 minutes. I informed them that I live at a different address, which takes 60 minutes to drive to the delivery site.
I wasted 4 hours of my precious time on the product I purchased when your employee failed to do their job. I demand an apology and the appropriate compensation I deserve.
