Have had Sears Home repair out 3 times to fix a refrigerator. Each time I paid for parts and not too mention bought more groceries only to have the appliance not working again in 2 days.
Our refrigerator hasn't worked now for over six weeks. We gave them 3 trys and lots of money to fix it and it still doesn't work. When I called for a refund of the parts we paid for that obviously we didn't need I was told all the steps I now have to take to "see" if I will be refunded. When I asked for reimbursement of groceries that we had to throw out each time this happened. They all but laughed! We were more than patient with them and have not had a working fridge for 6 weeks! After they were not able to fix the first time they assured me that if it couldn't be fixed we would get our money back and/or that money could be applied to a new appliance. Extremely disatisfied!!!
