Purchased a Kenmore refrigerator less than 2 years ago. It has not functioned since October, as parts have been on order. Just repaired last week... Not working again.
I have called numerous people and gotten no where. Sears was kind enough to offer me $500 toward a new refrigerator, after I bought a repair warranty for $300! I now have $2800 wrapped up in a refrigerator that lasted a year. Try going through the holidays without a refrigerator, and see if you would be happy with a $200 discount! I am unable to get anyone to respond. Someone please help!
