Refrigerator has been down 4 days. Repair Tech out Monday. Emergency ordered compressor. Said it would be here Tues afternoon Sept. 27. Not here. Was suppose to be fixed Wed. Called this morning at 9:05am. Person said it would be there in an hour. AND she hung up on me. Called back in an hour when it wasn't here and this time I was told it hasn't even left Mfg. Yet. So much for emergency service...
If it was ANY other appliance it wouldn't matter. Wouldn't care. But it is the REFRIGERATOR... All our food has spoiled and now I'm told we get no reembursement cause its a one time thing. WHAT? It's not our fault you can't get the job done... I am so frustrated with Sears (NON) Service... There really should be more concern when an appliance such as a Frige goes down.
