I bought a brand new Refrigerator on March. Suddenly, Refrigerator stop working. All my food start getting rotten. I called customer department. After two hours trying to diagnosis through the phone what was wrong. Customer service, decided that they will send a technician in TWO WEEKS!???
After a explained that I need a refrigerator, I have kids, I need keep fresh food at home.
Customer service said, sorry, you have to wait two weeks to repair your refrigerator or you can buy a used one for $80,00 in our department. What a rip-off: (
