After the first visit last Thursday, a technican advised us he needed to order 2 parts to repair. And today August 19, (a week from the day the appliance broke down), I called repair service to find out when parts will be ready. The latest date is August 29 to schedule for repair. There is at least 18 days without the appliance, together with the loss of food in the freezer and unconveniences casued over this period. I would definitely advised my friends not to use Sears service. I cannot stand for a simple sorry to hear your problem..
