I placed an item on layaway at my local Sears store in Christiansburg, VA. The layaway was cancelled by Sears. No one knows where my $230.00 is and no one will help me. Everyone keeps passing the buck so to speak except passing my bucks back to me. The Customer Service is horrible and interrupted me as I was trying to explain my situation. I have spoke with a chat rep (worthless) and 3 phone reps (2 ok-one horrible) and a secretary at the store (she was nice). I want my money back! I gave my money in a few minutes and I expect to get it back. It has been since the 8th of this month and the store refused to give me my money back stating Corporate would do it. I just want my money!!!
