Sears is a joke, customer service is GONE,
I ordered a bike trainer on line in December took it back to a store, they shipped it back to the "VENDOR" never heard from the vendor, questions sears they said "You will have to deal with the vendor, we just ship from our site" 5 months later no news no refund

purchases an amplifier from sears.com from sears.com they shipped wrong one, local store (Jordan landing Utah) refused to take it back, even though I showed them on their computer in the store its states 'RETURN TO ANY STORE'
so I paid the $35 return shipping, and after 2 months and many phone calls got the original money back but out the $355 for bike trainer and shipping.
I went back to the Utah store to talk to the Customer service manager and was told she was too busy to speak with me, at which point I asked for scissors and cut up my sears card walked to the head cashier and handed her the pieces, I will die before shopping at sears ever again
