I used my credit card to pay for I am Big Brother software. My credit card was charged but, I was not able to download the software. The website said page not found. I was not given a product code, serial number, or registration code, nothing.
My credit card was charged by Newman & Assoc. (which it did tell me that is how it would be charged) with a 1-631-419-0732 phone number. However when I tried to call that number it is no longer in service. I have also tried to contact them via email with a support ticket but the have not responded to my issues.
These thieves also own Kidcontrol.com, iambigbrother.com, internetsafetysoftware.com, internetmonitoringsoftware.com, watchyourpc.com and several others.
