I was also recently given the opportunity to order any of these products, and noticed many of the items were not worth the fees the company had attached to each, but decided to order 3 items (sport item shadow boxed frames) that would be a nice addition to my home.
When the items arrived, I noticed one of them was of very poor quality and sent it back, following the packing list instructions to the address listed and requested a replacement, and to please make sure the shipping dept.inspected the replacement item before it was sent. I sent this back at my expense via UPS!
I received the replacement item, and low and behold, it was WORSE than the first item received! The quality wasn't worth buying it from a garage sale. I again followed the return instructions and requested a total refund of MY shipping costs, plus the cost of the item, and I notified their customer service dept. Via e-mail that I was putting a hold on payment from my CC company to WOA until this is resolved in a satisfactory manner.
To date, nothing has occured, and no one to actually speak to at WOArewards, and their fax number is not functioning as well.
Just a warning to all, DO NOT order from this company!
