I ordered a download link for iambigbrother.com. My card was immediately charged by Newman and Associates, and the link was provided. Shortly thereafter, the link no longer worked. I submitted numerous support tickets, and each one went unanswered.
I eventually ended up attempting to purchase the actual software, once again through iambigbrother.com. Once again, Newman and Associates debited my account, but no software was provided.in fact, the first thing the website asked for was my credit card number. Immediately upon entering my card number, I received a message saying to contact the merchant.in fact, I was unable to even provide an address to send the software to.
Again, I submitteed numerous support tickets, all of which went unanswered.
After completing a web search of Newman and Associates in Savannah, Georgia, I found a phone number and called it numerous times. They went unanswered each time.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs as well.
I am frustrated and disappointed that this company is able to rip off consumers in such a blatant way.
I look forward to an answer from Newman and Associates. I am considering contacting local news media in Savannah as well, in order to make my point.
