On May 29th I ordered the software IamBigBrother after using the trial demo. It would not download and I was given no confirmation of order number. Money was taken from my account on June 1st. I have written to support on www.iambigbrother.com and www.internetsafetysoftware.com and have yet to receive a response. Needless to say, I believe this to be a scame and the Better Business Bureau needs to be notified. I tried to e-mail again this evening through www.internetsafetysoftware.com and it cannot find the page for their support. Guess that tells me something.
I contacted my back for information on Newman & Assoc. And they provided me with a number that was disconnected in New York. I was able to get a listing for them in New York and when I called that number is was a mail box for a pharmaceutical company. Help. $29.99 broker and no software or communication.
