First of all, I never received an order confirmation. After discovering there was no technical support telephone number, I sent e-mails to tech support, with no response.
Newman & Associates and their telephone number appears on the credit card statement. When I tried to call, I discovered that the number is no longer in service.
After searching the internet for something on InternetSafetySoftware.com, I found a telephone number for Warren Williams. When I called the number, I was able to leave a message, but I don't expect a response.
